The narrative of Avalon has been told often, yet time and time again people tell us that our story has inspired them in countless ways. In the hopes that it might inspire others, we offer not only how we got here ("Our Story") and what we aspire to accomplish ("Triple Bottom Lines") but who keeps us going ("Meet Our Staff"). We consider ourselves "midwives" who have had the privilege being part of the creation of Avalon. Although it has grueling in ways we could not have imagined, Avalon continues to bless us in ways we could never have imagined as well.

I m french and I moved to Detroit 6 months ago. I m so glad that Avalon is here because there are the only one who can make REAL CROISSANTS like at home!!! Merci Avalon!!!
