This zoo has a great selection of animals. The exhibits are nice and spacious for the animals. Animals are spread out and some of the larger ones are at the far end, so be prepared to walk a ways and bring a wagon or stroller for little ones.
They have been doing many improvements to the zoo these past few years and it's just getting better! Can't wait for the wolves. Our family really enjoys it here. Recommend a zoo pass!
The Detroit zoo is awesome. You could spend all day there and not see everything. Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes! :)
