Award-winning Chef Francesco’s unique cooking style, known as’ “fresh, rustic, and aromatic” according to the Dallas Observer, uses knowledge from his native Sardinia to bring forth his newest venture: Zio Cecio Cucina Italiana. Francesco creates his culinary perfections at home with his handmade brick Renato Oven and ultimately enjoys cooking and being a host to his friends and customers.
