“Nestled in the breathtaking foothills”
Nestled in the breathtaking foothills of cumberland washington, city hall saloon & eatery is probably one of western washington's best kept secrets. Originally established as a hotel for coal miners in 1893 this historic oasis is a must see! Grandfathered in as a tavern for nearly the last century, city hall saloon has been voted upon as one of the 'top 10 best bars in all of washington state', and continues to operate as a lively gathering place for people from all walks of life. The tavern features live music five days out of the week in the summer months and friday thru sunday in the winter months. There is rarely a cover charge, which is an affordable price to pay these days for quality entertainment. The tavern features an extremely spacious outdoor beer garden with a tv, two horse shoe pitts, a fire pit, heated covered smoking area, two extended outside bars utilized in the summertime, and cumberland's famous outdoor amphitheater. Inside there are four televisions including a big screen for watching sports games, a pool table, computerized dart board, and state of the art internet jukebox, to download virtually anything you'd desire to hear. Bottled beer is always kept extra chilled on ice, literally! Food and drink specials one a daily basis
