If you have the taste palette of an idiot, you won't like Skyline.
Everyone else loves it.
As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised when I found out Skyline made a meat-free option for chili. It's made with black beans and rice, so it's not exactly like Cincinnati style chili, but it's still delicious. I highly recommend the chili cheese fries.
Have you ever been so hungover that you vomitted all over the bathroom floor, not quite able to make it to the toilet in time, but, because you are so dehydrated, the vomit is a dark, crusty brown, with chunks of solidified bile breaking up the otherwise oily mucus that normally acts as stomach lining, protecting the organ wall from perforating due to the low PH environment? That's how they make their chili.
