Cottage Grove Growers’ Market

What did you have for dinner last night?Do you know where those veggies came from?How about that burger? Last night my ENTIRE dinner came from the CGUCC Farm Market. While dinner was cooking we snacked on Baby Zucchini (from Vang Lor) and sliced Kohlrabi (Lia and Sandy Vang)dipped in Medium Salsa (From the Market Chef). For dinner we had BBQ Ribs from the Great American Rib Co. (The Ribs and sauce are GLUTEN FREE) Those ribs are so tender and the sauce is the perfect balance between sweet and tangy. SO YUMMY!!!To pair with the ribs we had a lovely salad made with butter lettuce (Lia and Sandy Vang), Snap Peas (Mai Lor) andScallions (Neng Cha) topped with a little fresh chopped basil (Vang Lor). For dessert we each had a caramel (The Cottage Graden). The meal was superb!!! And pretty low on the guilt meter!
