“7th longest cave in the US”
The Binkley Cave System is Indiana’s largest, the 7th longest in the United States and the longest in the midwest. You can experience it’s amazing underground wonders: a 25 minute boat ride on the underground river diverse ecosystems & thriving cave life waterfall impressive Big Bone Mountain with real Ice Age bones a vast array of formations Great heights and depths. New options include a high adventure caving trip called Deep Darkness that involves kayaking on an underground stream below to tour level, Escape Rooms and in 2019, the 2nd Zip Coaster (The Bat Chaser) in the US.
It might be the 11th longest cave but you only get to see a very small portion of it. The river ride is cool but once again you only get to see about 100 feet of the river. It is a nice place but there are so many more nearby that offer much more.
On our trip to the West from East KY we saw a sign for this and decided to stop by. SO glad we did! The boat ride was cool as well as the tour and the price felt reasonable. Really cool gift shop as well and very easy to find! Also, considering the exploring just began 5 years ago I am looking forward to what else they find in this place!
This was a wonderful experience! Our children (6 & 8) loves it. The guided tour is definitely worth the money. We went on a rainy day and our whole family enjoyed it.
Amazing tour! We were skeptical at first but the cave is massive and Trey was an amazing tour guide. Must do for a cross country road trip!
A must see attractions we had a great time and the tour guide Jay was great.
