“near the four corners”
The towering flat-topped ridge of Mesa Verde National Park rises less than 15 minutes away from this KOA near the four corners where Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah meet. After visiting the 700-year-old cliff dwellings in the park's canyon walls, return to your own high desert oasis. Swim in the heated pool or round up a game of basketball or horseshoes. If you want a taste of Native American life, stay overnight in one of the campground's tepees. Stock up on supplies and souvenirs in the grocery store and gift shop. Take a day trip to Utah's Monument Valley, the setting for several of John Wayne's most famous westerns. In addition to Mesa Verde, Native American life is chronicled at Hovenweep National Monument and the Anasazi Heritage Center.
Beautiful views! We had deer walking through the area. The staff is very friendly.
Friendly staff and a nice spot. Close to some great sights and a town with every amenity.
I would recommend this place.
Very beautiful views from any campsite throughout. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Would definitely recommend!!!
Beautiful location. Near 4 Corners and Mesa Verde National Park. We were worn out from so many nights in a tent so we stayed in one of their cabins. The beds were rock hard so on the second night we put our air mattresses on top and slept like babies. Hosts were great!
