What does the word hunger mean to you? Out of that question, Pitza 42 was started with the mission of helping end world hunger. For every pita pizza / salad sold in the restaurant, a portion of the proceeds is sent to Feed My Starving Children to feed a hungry child for a full day. Why do we have this mission? It’s really simple and its founded on two facts. First people eat at restaurants and secondly children are dying each day from starvation and malnutrition. After thinking about those two facts it led us to ask the question, “Why can’t there be a restaurant that donates one meal to a child on the brink of starvation for every meal they sell in the restaurant?” Meal for Meal. When feeding children who desperately need a nourishing meal becomes a part of a communities daily routine...what happens? After only a year of being open, PITZA 42 and the community of Conway has raised over 120,000 meals. It's a simple and delicious way to impact lives around the world. Meal for Meal.
