At Z Cucina di Spirito, you will enter a world of traditional and modern Italian cuisine that also moves with ease into the realm of Mediterranean flavors. The unique and comfortable bar and dining area is warm and inviting. Z Cucina's menu offers flavorful and well seasoned small plates, salads and main courses. Truly a "scratch kitchen" as we make our own ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, sausage, breads and desserts.  Our menu also includes our hand-made ravioli, tortolloni and fresh pastas. The restaurant features a full bar with specialties such as the Lemon Ginger Rye, Basil Gin Smash and the Caramel Appletini. Also offered is a well crafted, artisan wine list with gems from the various regions of Italy including Tuscany, Piedmont, Apulia and Veneto as well as the countries of Spain, France, Australia and the U.S. Z Cucina offers catering for pick up or drop off as well as in-house catering. The opening of the restaurant fulfills a dream for owner Rick Ziliak of establishing a "neighborhood restaurant" with an "edge".
