“Pan-Asian noodle house”
Three siblings—Lili, Lina, and Lenny Shou—deliver on the promises made by the three different locations of this popular noodle house. This family has elevated Pan Asian cuisine, featuring the tastes of Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam, and Thailand, to its most sophisticated potential. Having been in operation for nine years, Noodle continues its proven approach to Asian cuisine with a menu that offers fresh, made-to order dishes, house-made curries and an upscale Pan Asian array of choices at a lower price than you’d typically find in similarly themed establishment. The dishes are studded with farm-fresh vegetables and playful textures, and the décor is as exotic as the cuisine. Pair the Honey-Citrus Soy-Glazed Salmon, sidelined by spicy green beans, cool cucumber-carrot slaw, and steamed rice with a signature cocktail. The College Park location is funky with an outdoor garden, while Decatur’s décor is sleek and streamlined with blond woods and a bright green color palette. The Midtown location has the sexiest and most modern look, with fiber optic chandeliers and a bold red and black color scheme. The one thing, however, that’s consistent at all three Noodle locations is the superb cuisine and friendly service. It’s a family-run restaurant, and when you’re dining here, you’re treated, well, like part of the family.
