“A tex-mex fusion restaurant”
Some call it the best restaurant in Colby but you should come in and see for yourself. It's a Texas-Mexican fusion with some Chicken Chimichangas to die for (no really but I swear they are really good). If you are looking for a place to enjoy some deliciously cooked tex-mex you've found just the place for it. El Dos De Oros is connected to the Quality Inn and that's exactly what this place is QUALITY.

Delicious food in large helpings. The decor is a little dusty and the paint is chipped on the wall. Very convenient because it is inside the Quality Inn. Many locals were eating here, which is always a good sign.
