GPS brought us to the next exit, there is a rest area right on 80, other than that we got off the exit went left to the dam, cost for parking most likely day use, we left but did enjoy the view and took looks of photos

Clean restrooms. Bring seeds or bread and feed the little critters! Our teenagers enjoyed this stop.
