Cloudcroft Hotel

The room is large comparatively, and has a kitchenette...that's about where they lost me....oh yes, there is a ceiling fan that was so dusty, I just had to clean it before dreaming of turning it on. The floor was dusty and dirty, the room is not even in the pretty hotel there is a picture of, it's a block down and around the corner in another little building. The view is of a construction site. There are no antique furnishings or claw foot tubs. There are cheap furnishings with a very small roughed in shower and hard mattresses. Pretty disappointed!

Room layout & surroundings were pleasant. However, the room has not been cleaned throughly in a while. The coffee pot carafe had not been cleaned and I tried to remove the stains but when I noticed the build up of dust I gave up the effort. Then I was going to use the portable fan in the room
and the blades were caked with dust. I'm very
Sensitive to allergens such as dust. Approx. 6am I was awakened by a spider bite to my left palm...& could not return to sleep because of the itch and swelling. Hence, my rating is a 1. I hope it wasn't a brown recluse!
