The Greek cuisine found on our menu is hand prepared for you each day by John or Terry. Our recipes have been handed down from generation to generation, from Greece to Texas. Each day Terry hand prepares, from her family recipes: Mousaka, Pastitsio, Domadakia, Stuffed Eggplant, Stuffed Peppers, Stuffed Tomatoes, and freshly made Humus. To finish out each week with a “bang”, Terry personally prepares her special Leg of Lamb, served EVERY FRIDAY and SATURDAY.
