Built in 1902, Paiges of Thyme is a creative adaptation of the basic four-square home.  Hosts, Denny and Cheryl Schmitt invite you to turn back the Paiges of Thyme and enjoy a relaxing respite at their lovingly restored, turn of the century bed and breakfast.  Upon entering you will be charmed by the special features of this lovely older home.   The bed and breakfast thoughtfully combines antiques with modern day amenities. Nestled in a landscape of sheltering trees and cheerful flower beds, Paiges of Thymes pastel yellow exterior with white gingerbread trim is a welcoming sight.  Its lot borders Clarinda's celebrated boulevard that encircles the original town square. A full sumptuous breakfast awaits you each morning.  You can start the day with a delightful breakfast composed of fresh fruit, a creative breakfast entree and a cup of specially blended coffee.
