CFP stands for "crazy for perfection"...so kick your shoes off, get all comfy and make yourself at home here.  Okay, so a little about us.  I have been self-employed in the food industry for 40 years and counting.  My wife, Janet, has also had the pleasure of working in the food industry for many years.  Together, with our experience, passion for what we do and our entrepreneurial spirit we were inspired to have a go at our own restaurant.  So we established our pizza restaurant in 1998 in a small town located in the California Central Valley.  We’re family owned and operated.  We employ a small staff that helps insure our operation runs smoothly.  Many of our recipes have been served up in our family for generations.  When we say we use secret family recipes they truly are... We must tell you that our secret family recipe for our breadsticks is awesome!  Yup, these breadsticks will have your tastebuds doing back flips inside your mouth.  You will savor every morsel of these tasty delights.  Try our breadsticks and you’ll find yourself spontaneously closing your eyes in pure pleasure at the undeniable burst of flavor you’ll enjoy.  Seriously, we’re not kidding.  Oh, and everything else we’re serving up is pretty great too!
