Located on Maddox Boulevard only minutes from Assateague National Seashore and the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge. The beach is the finest on the East Coast for swimming, surfing and surf-fishing. The nature trails in the Refuge are the best for bird-watching, wildlife tours and seeing the famous Chincoteague Wild Ponies in their natural habitat.

Very clean! The rooms are nicely updated - the bathroom and kitchenette were impeccable. The 'motel' designation worried me but it was charming, very clean, conveniently located, had plenty of parking, and everyone there was really friendly. I will stay here again the next time I visit the island!
