Fresh fish and seafood arrive daily from the Great Lakes and both coasts, and our market also carries a variety of specialty items and Scandinavian delicacies. As operators of one of Chicago’s last natural hardwood smokehouses, we stock a wide range of smoked fish and seafood ready for purchase, or you can bring in your own catch and have us smoke it for you.
