“the birthplace and living face of Dark Matter Coffee”
This eclectic cafe once housed a tavern, and while there's no booze these days, you still can belly up to the oak bar for a wide range of coffee drinks. All beans used here are hand roasted and sourced directly from farmers. Star Lounge also offers bagel sandwiches and baked goods for morning commuters. Once you're fed and wired on caffeine, you can go wireless with free WiFi while listening to indie tunes, which are pumped through the space at conversation-friendly levels. Keep an eye out for live music and local art; selections rotate regularly.
