Pancho Pistolas is a family-run Mexican restaurant with one goal in mind: To bring Mom’s homestyle cooking and recipes to Bridgeport. It all started in 1997, when this lovely corner restaurant got new owners, gorgeous hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and a new chef from Jalisco in the kitchen. Since then, Pancho Pistolas has been serving up traditional, consistently delicious Mexican cuisine with delectable margaritas and ice-cold cervezas, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
