Gilt Bar in Chicago lists itself as a hand crafted cocktails, farm friendly cuisine and a value driven wine list kind of place, but what it forgets to tell you is the food is amazing, the ambiance is dark and intimate and the drinks are out of this world. Don’t walk, run to this River North establishment. If you're looking for a new and hip bar to go to with your friends, this is the place for you.
