Cemitas Puebla has brought authentic Poblano food to Chicago. Our chipotles and salsas are made in house from an old family recipe. Our Oaxaca cheese is fresh and the papalo is grown in our garden. We take pride in using fresh ingredients and will even travel to Mexico to pick up key ingredients to make our specialties taste “just like home”. Family owned and operated. Tacos Arabes ($2.75) are stuffed with spit-roasted pork and onions and wrapped in a thick, pita-esque tortilla, a nod to the restaurant's Lebanese-influenced Puebla cuisine.
