“RV park, Trading Post, Bison Tours, & Trail rides”
We are located right on the Wyoming/Colorado state line, just 7 miles south of Cheyenne and 35 miles north of Fort Collins, Colorado on Interstate 25. The RV park, Trading Post, Bison Tours, & Trail rides are open & available all year long with the exception of Christmas Day. During the summer months we offer the Senator’s Steakhouse & Brass Buffalo Saloon, Old Fashion Photo Studio, Fishing, & Kid Corral amusement park & Bison Hunts.
Terry's Bison Ranch is awesome! Not fancy or anything but quite entertaining. The train ride is so cute and fun and well worth the $12 to ride (for adults). They have other animals such as camels, ostrich, mini horses, etc. when you get on the train you can pay $2 for a bag of bison feed. Do it! The train stops in one of the pastures and the whole group comes right up and eats from your hands. You can also pet them. Takes about an hour off your trip but well worth the time and money! Trains leave at the top of every hour.
clean nice and friendly. rained on us so we didnt get to explore the whole ranch, but the steakhouse is wonderful! have the Rocky Mountain Oysters with horseradish!
We were rather skeptical when we pulled in. However this place was amazing. We were able to hand feed the bison and pet all sorts of horses and llamas! My kids and us were very impressed!!!
This is a super fun little Ranch with lots to do. Best for RVers. Tent camping is doable but definitely better for RVs.
Great stop while driving into Nebraska. Family friendly. The kids loved all the animals and feeding the Bison.
Very fun! The bison short ribs were delicious and the train tour was a great experience: we saw camels, horses, chickens, bison, and even crossed into Colorado for a short time period. There weren't a lot of people when we arrived so I was a little worried about what we'd gotten ourselves into, but it was well worth it.
Great place to stop for refreshments and a walk around - loved seeing the beautiful foal!
Another park sent us here and we loved the whole Western vibe. We woke up with a pronghorn in the front yard and bison down the road. Very nice people picked an excellent spot for us at the last minute.
Ok food... A touch over priced. I didn't do any of the rides... Seems like a decent stop for people with kids needing to run around or do something other than sit in he car.
Very friendly and nice place, we arrived late but were taken care of with out a problem! The attractions looked like great fun for kids if you are traveling with children. We stayed one night on our way across country. www.happyhealthylivingllc.com
