Best Western Heritage Inn

I have never stayed at a place as bad as this one. The staff was rude. The front desk guy was awful. Would not give me a room on the lower level even though rooms were available. Refused to give me a lower rate. Not even a senior discount. My mother passed away Sunday 10/9/2022. I had family come in from out of town. We reserved rooms for both of them from the toll-free number. Spent over an hour getting the rooms only to have check in be all screwed up and having to spend another hour getting it straight. We were supposed to get a handicap room for my father but due to all the mess up this didn't happen. Rooms were not cleaned at all. We were told not to stain sheets and towels, or we would have extra charge even though all the sheets we had already had stains on them. No hot water, No hair dryer. Had to ask for towels and garbage bags. Had to empty our own garbage cans. When the hotel found out my father was on hospice, they said we can never rent a room here. They also kicked out another person who was there in a different room because he had a coloscopy bad. I thought this was discrimination. Shame on them. We even got cut off from getting towels as we used to many they said.
