The Carolina Raptor Center, located in Huntersville, North Carolina, is a nonprofit aviary and animal sanctuary that houses, breeds, and rehabilitates birds of prey from around the world. The Center's Raptor Trail is the main exhibit space and shows species such as King Vultures, Crested Caracaras, Spectacled Owls, Saker Falcons, Augur Buzzards, and Bald Eagles. A show called Silent Hunters educates visitors while letting the birds fly under the supervision of their trainers.
