We made our reservation through Expedia at least 6 weeks before our vacation. Almost there...got a call on our cell....”Nobody on site....all booked up...sorry for the inconvenience.” Caller was NOT on the premises. Found a room at another hotel in Chamberlain. Very poor service as far as we’re concerned.
