“Camping & RV in Casey, IL”

Immerse yourself in the 19th century at Lincoln Log Cabin State Historic Site near this KOA. Costumed guides play Tom and Sarah Lincoln and their neighbors at the working living history farm, owned in the 1840s by Honest Abe's father and stepmother. You're only 45 miles from Arthur/Arcola, the hub of Illinois Amish country, and 30 miles from Eastern Illinois University and Lake Land College. Shaded level sites offer beautiful views of the rising/setting sun. Swim in the pool or rent a boat to fish on the lake. Play volleyball and basketball or enjoy the game room. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you can dig into biscuits and sausage gravy on Saturdays, pancake breakfasts on Sundays and ice cream socials on Saturday nights. Celebrate July 4th by watching Casey's fireworks. Be sure to check out Casey's huge wind chime, golf tee, knitting needles and crochet hook, all the largest in the world according to Guinness World Records. Limited facilities in March. Pool: Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Max pull thru: 70 feet.

Not fancy but decent. Quick drive into town to see all the big things.

Staff was friendly but the neighboring campers weren’t - didn’t acknowledge any Good Mornings or Good Evenings. Not the fault of the KOA though. Was okay site. If it wasn’t so convenient to Casey, IL for all the sites, probably would not return.

Nice clean well maintained park. Only stayed overnight in our Class A and had ample room in our pull thru spot. Only problem was we could not get satellite due to the large trees. Overall good experience. Hosts even baked homemade cookies and shared with us.

Perfect spot for an over night visit! Friendly, clean and convenient. They even gave us a cookie when checking in and stocked the light bulbs and propane that we desperately needed. The nearby town of Casey is a fun stop as well!

This is a quiet and pleasant little KOA in a rural area, adjacent to a farm. Enjoyed the single night stop here.
