“a fun and relaxing place to hang for a while”

When the idea of Corktree came about, it stemmed from a desire to find a place that would be like going over to a friend's house. We wanted to create a casual and inviting atmosphere where people could get together, relax over a glass of wine, and share some great food. We were always looking for that perfect place to go. Somewhere casual, but nice. Good selection, but not overpriced. Comfortable atmosphere without being the neighborhood bar. Delicious food that could easily be shared with friends. We decided to take the bull by the horns and do it ourselves!
