Alleged to be haunted either by the ghost of a family member who drowned in the bay or by one of the original mistresses. It is not known precisely who the ghost is but many claim to see her and feel her presence!

The building is absolutely stunning. They'll lend you a bike, which is super awesome. Comfy beds. Take time to explore the gardens and check out the pool as well-- they're not to be missed. Obviously, it's pretty pricy, but it's so luxurious you might not want to leave anyways :)
