Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on October 15, 2018Great campground for families. The campground has lots of daily activities for kids & adults as well as a nice pool, playground, horseshoe pits and stage. On Saturday there was a country/folk band that played until 11 pm, even in the rain! Campground showers were clean and accessible with LOTS of hot water! Only complaint is people cut through RV sites and would walk under awnings and canopies that belonged to other people. WiFi wasn’t worth paying for as it was very slow.

A family oriented campground which appears to cater mostly to their seasonal residents, Camp Bell is owned and staffed by what we perceived as super friendly, helpful people.
The campground isn't set-up to handle large, heavy rigs - but they found a 30A/water only spot which could accommodate our length and weight when we called day of in October.
There is a dump station, an large (seasonal) outdoor pool, a plethora of horseshoe courts and non-heated bathrooms (although the showers are plenty hot!) for use. Also, tons of play equipment situated nicely in the center area of the sites, allowing kids free roam of the campground while their parents can still keep an eye on them. Campground has tons of kids activities. There is also a decently cheap laundry room for washing the dirty clothes the kids are sure to bring back due to the grass/dirt features of the park.
Sites do not have sewer, but pump out services are available for $6. Or there is a dump station.
The sites in the campground are situated very close to each other. There is an area towards the back of the park on a grassy area with a bit more room, but this area was wet and pretty muddy when we were there. Management didn't dare put us in our 40k+ lb rig back there (super appreciated) for fear of getting stuck.
We enjoyed our short stay here, but could see it getting a bit rowdy in the summer. Especially with the close spacing of the sites. And we thought a small site with only water and 30A was a bit overpriced at $37/night. Campground internet access costs extra (we didn't try it). But, it'll do if necessary - or if you have kids that needs entertaining.

Stayed here July 2019 and it was great for us! Kids had a lot of fun on the themed playgrounds.
Nice plase, well equipt, not mach of a view, but sure worth the price.
Never again. Saw this place and stopped for a night. Got to my slot and found an rv there. It moved and mud all over the space. Trash all over the area too. Was going to ask to move another but that one had soiled diapers in the fire pit. Gave up stayed night but never will return. Skip this one !!!!!!
