Called for reservation while on the road and was told "No problem, Come on in". The office did close at 4 pm, but owners live on premises. Total gravel park, the site was pretty level (we had no issues). Park is newly remodeled and clean with full hook ups at all sites. No problems with the WiFi, great connection! The one negative is, it was noisy being so close to I30, but since we were only for one night it was very tolerable. Yes, we would come back for a nights stay.

End of long day, saw the sign from the interstate, pulled in and crashed for the night. Would not stay again, should have gone a few more miles.

Five feet from the RV next to us. We don’t have room for lawn chairs.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating - meeting us after hours to check us in. As mentioned, the sites are pretty narrow and you would be pretty cozy with your neighbors if you sat outside. On our site, the sewer was above our outlet which made dumping inconvenient. Traffic noise was considerable although it quieted between midnight and 5. There was also one person who warmed up his turbo diesel truck for at least 1/2 hr starting at about 5:30.

Called ahead to make reservation, when we arrived office closed (4pm). Had to call owner who told us which site to go to. I had given credit card number when I made the reservation. Two days later she is still calling me to get our address so she can run credit card. Can’t call her back-her mailbox is full. Campsites way too close together. Lots of litter. Nightly rate definitely not justified. Mostly long term trashy units.

We had a major break down with our tow vehicle and need a place to stay for an extended length of time. When we called we were greeted with friendly understanding park manager that understood our issue and not to worry about the time we would arrive. The manager lives on property so once we arrived she was only a call away.
As for the park we learned there were new owners and it showed. The park had large pull through & back in sites with all new utilities (full hookups) level gravel through out. Also the best Wi-Fi we have experienced in a campground.
Note this campground is right off I30 and you will have road noise which depends on the individual rig and concept of noise. Also there will be more improvements coming.
