This information center offers basic orientation, as well as a 12-minute film about the preserve. There is also a bookstore, restroom, water and telephone available.

There is an easy trail "Hole in the Wall Ring Loop" that goes around the mountain with spectacular views! It has campgrounds with potable water too. The info center was closed thou.
