My wife and I stayed at Ruby's in April. We loved how close we were to the park, and the breakfast buffet that was included in our room fee was AWESOME. I looked forward to it every morning. It kept me fueled for a long day of hiking in the park.
Best Western/Ruby's Inn effectively has a monopoly on lodging in the Bryce Canyon City, as the whole main stretch of the area is owned by them. The lodging accommodations are fine (if a little overly touristy) and convenient for their proximity to the national park, but if you don't need to stay directly next to the park then I'd recommend finding someplace else to stay in Southern Utah, as it's much easier to find a cheaper and more scenic place to stay not too far away in towns like Tropic or Boulder.
Minnie's Park - Thank you Campendium! If we hadn't read about the Bryce Canyon Grand RV Park, we wouldn't have found this spot across the street open in the winter. Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand is on the east side of 63 with campsites behind it - but not open in the winter. Ruby's Inn RV Park & Campground is on the west side of 63 - not open in the winter.
Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn has a little sliver behind it open in winter with electric only, first come first served. We spent three nights here around Christmas and it was perfect. Friendly check in at the hotel front desk, and they give you wifi code plus a code to use bathrooms and showers in a nearby building. One of us is not a fan of using campground showers, but actually used these! An unexpected bonus with heater blasting, very clean, also used by employees.
The large general store was pretty well stocked, but it's still a campground general store. Ruby's is a whole compound (look up the Ruby and Minnie family history) with laundry, a couple restaurants open even in winter, all walking distance from this campsite. Dump station is across the street at Sinclair, no charge with overnight stay - just show them your receipt. Bryce North campground in the park is open in the winter, also first come first served Oct-May. But at $30 for no hookups, it was a no brainer to stay at Ruby's. We could not have been happier with our holiday stay, even when a snowstorm delayed our departure.

This is actually called Minnie's Camp Ground at Ruby's Inn and is in between a few of the hotel blocks. I think there's 16 RV stands each with power, water (not winter) and sewage dump) and a table. FCFS but we booked for 2 nights once we got there.
Access to shower block which was basic but clean.
Wifi included which was ok but too slow to stream.
Also access to hotel facilities, shop including Camping supplies and restaurant.
About 5 mins from the entrance to Bryce NP. We were going to stop at Bryce NP northern camp ground but for similar price this offered more.
There is also Ruby's Inn RV Park but that was closed over the winter.

I easiky found the spot, parked, but where to register. So I called the number listed and they said the campground office behind the spots. Nope. I went to the BW office and they said I needed to go to Ruby's campground office 1/4 mile towards the park. Once there I foundbout this space is now the Rubyl's OVERFLOW SPOT AND CHARGES $55 plus tax a night. I should have asked prior, but did not. My fault as I could have stayed in the park for $30 a night, but no hook ups.
This overflow lot might also be 30 amp only.

I arrived thinking this was Minnies, finally found out I needed to check in at Ruby's not the BW. The price has increased, $55 plus taxes which came to $63 per night. but that could be a summer rate. I was still shocked and should have gone into the park to save $ or boondock.

We arrived to Bryce with reservations for North Campground, but discovered our reserved site wasn't a good match for our rig. Thankfully this campground was available, and although the price was a bit steep, between full hookups and pool/spa access it was worth it.
The sites were a little snug, but fortunately we had no next-door neighbours for our entire stay. The gravel made it a little dusty at times, but not obnoxiously so. The showers were hot, clean and had good water pressure, and the adjacent Best Western complex had a few dining options along with a well-stocked general store.
The Canyon itself was spectacular! Hoodoos, fins and arches (oh my!) Highly recommend the Queens Garden/Navaho loop trail down into the amphitheatre. For those not quite as mobile, the rim trail can be accessed at many points, with the Sunrise to Sunset section paved and wheelchair-friendly. The shuttle allows you to leave your vehicle at the campground and explore a fair amount of the park without parking hassles. Check out the Mossy Cave trail a few miles away. An easy .5 mile stroll leads to a grotto and waterfall.

Stayed here in December and had no problem getting a reservation. I booked a single room for my friend and I and my dog (serious bonus points for allowing pets!) and left the dog in the car for a moment while we went to check in. The lobby was cool and rustic (one hallway was undergoing renovations but no big deal) and the guy at the desk was really friendly. We decided to eat at the restaurant and asked about the dog and they guy told us we could bring her in, no problem. When I walked in the lobby with my calm/quiet/clean dog a woman, presumably the manager (who was smoking a cigarette out front) immediately jumped in and told me NO DOGS IN THE LOBBY, quite rudely. While checking us in she got frustrated because she claims I had requested a handicap-accessible room, which I had not. She made a show of letting us know what a hassle it was to change our room. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The restaurant was nothing to write home about, overpriced as expected. I'm giving it 4 stars because the room was fine and the location was awesome. We had gotten a fresh snowfall the night before and because we were right at the park entrance were able to wake up and catch the sunrise at Bryce Canyon. Unbeatable.
