Beautiful spot hidden in tall trees, limited rv spots but warm friendly neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again soon.

$175 week with escapees discount. This park is a gem. The Rv park is clean, concrete pads, plenty of space, management is very nice. There is also a good sized community with modulars, etc. that are in great condition that is part of the park. Very nice pool, bath houses, lake, mature trees, etc..
park is highly recommended!

The campground is nice and quiet. Very clean everything was well kept and staff is very nice. There is a lot nearby which is how we like it.

Managed by a dysfunctional (IMO) HOA board. The board president apparently doesn't think it necessary to treat campers with respect nor follow FL statutes. We were there for three months (Dec 2022 - Feb 2023). We were quiet and kept to ourselves. Three weeks before we were scheduled to leave, we were evicted by the board president without reason, no discussion, no written notice per FL statutes. We were told if we didn't leave by the end of day, the sheriff would be called. We are not drinkers or partiers; this type of treatment is totally foreign to us. After returning home we sent two separate letters requesting an explanation for the eviction - both have been ignored. They have not had the decency to respond!
Otherwise - PROS: Paved, shaded sites. Nice pool. Nice gatehouse workers. CONS: Close sites. Poor water pressure. Inadequate Internet service. Sewer lagoon next to campground often smells. Lots of barking dogs. Location is 20 minutes from most stores, restaurants, & gas stations. Owners seem to be cliquish and contentious when it comes to the board.

Great place, like being in a forest, paved parking. Felt like having family all around.
