Found ourselves in Brookings, Oregon ready to stop for the night, Sunday afternoon. Called a few places, and reached voicemail, it was 3:30 pm on a holiday Sunday! Called the Seabird and reached a pleasant manager, who said sure we have a spot for you. Arriving it was clear that most of the spots were for ‘monthly’s, but very well maintained. Paid our $34 in cash, was shown to our spot by Scott. Pleasant folks! Bathrooms were clean and had nice clean showers. Laundry room onsite as well as a rec-room.

We arrived in the evening and the manager was happy to get us checked in and offer us a few choices of where to get set up. This park has several long term residents and our neighbors said they spend a few months a year here. Everyone was happy and pleasant with no complaints about us having what appeared to be the only children in the park. There are not play areas for the kids but the sites are large enough to sit outside and enjoy and evening and people seemed to stroll with their dogs near bed time. The highway was close but only generated white noise and was not annoying. Bathrooms were clean and unlocked by code.

The manager couldn't have been nicer. The place was what I expected based on reading a bunch of reviews and looking at the map.
It's super crowded with tiny spots. Quite a few residents, as in living full-time in their RV and not traveling.
It's right on the 101 so there's highway noise.
Town is close as well as all that Brookings has to offer. If you have a lot going on in Brookings and just need a place to park and crash, this is fine for a few nights. The park itself was quiet (other than the highway noise). If you want a park you want to hang out in while traveling . . . well this place didn't work for me for that.

The park manager is super friendly and welcoming. The park is well maintained. Sites are gravel but level. A lot of full time residents here. We had great Verizon service, but it slowed down when a lot of people were online. We had good AT&T service, but it was slow for streaming in the evening. Short walk to the bay with restaurants, a great fish market, and an ice cream shop. We had road noise from the 101, but it wasn't too noticeable in the RV. Some sites have great shade from some tall pine trees!

This is a cash only park! We had a full hookup site with 30 amp service. The manager is extremely friendly and kind. There are a lot of full time residents that stay here. The park was pretty quiet, but you can hear traffic on the road.
This is a pretty good central location in Brookings. It was a nice, short walk to the harbor where there are plenty of restaurants. It's slightly longer to get to downtown. It's just under .5 miles to get to a liquor store and gas station.
Overall, we had a good experience. There was good Verizon and ATT service which allowed for video calls and streaming. The network slowed down a little during peak hours.

Right off of Hwy 101. Easy access. We needed a place to stay for the night on our way to the ocean. I can’t stress how kind all the staff and residents in the park were. Showers and club house very clean. We had a large pull through site that was very easy to get into and out ( we had a toad and didn’t have to unhooked). I walked down to the harbor and had a nice dinner of fresh sea food. Only thing, if I had to say something negative would be you can hear some highway noise. All we had to do was shut the windows and it was gone. Diffidently would stay here again!
