This is an amazing little place just on the edge of Breckenridge.
The entire place is clean and tidy, all paved roads and gated entry. We only parked the trailer in front of one of the Chalet's as we were staying at a friends unit.
The nightly prices vary but are around the $100 mark but do fluctuate with the site and what the owner requires.
It is on the transit stop for Breck, and is nicely situated between Frisco and Breck so either town is easy to get to.
The river runs just next to it, but access is somewhat difficult due to units backing up to the river and the unit spaces are basically their own property. So mind that it is not common space.

It's been a while since I've stayed here, but we used to stay at least every other year. This was one of my boys favorite places to stay.

This was a great site. Tiger Run is well maintained and felt like a neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and loved the fishing and shopping. A win for everyone in the family.

This was our first time here. The site we were in was not landscaped and was between the modular home cabins. Backed to the river, but was too steep to walk down from our site. Resort is overall very nice, but I would be more selective about my site if we were to stay again. I will also add that we were happy to have found a site with only 2 weeks notice for a Friday night in the summer.

Great location, can get on the bike trail to Breckinridge right from the campground! The campground was a nice RV resort with nice amenities, very safe/secure with gated access. However, not all sites feel like “camping” though. Campground is right next to busy highway so noise was a factor. Our site had no grass it was all concrete which was difficult with our dogs, so if we stayed again we would try to get a site with grass. Overall I’d recommend!

What's there to say. This is an incredible resort style community. Incredibly clean, quiet, and well run. It felt like we were in a neighborhood where everyone knew each other. Sites are well spaced, utilities are in good location, and the landscaping is beautiful. Easy 10 minute drive into Breckenridge or Frisco. Highly recommend and will come again.

This is 1 of the nicest private parks we've stayed at. We had a regular pull thru (not the deluxe). It was roomy and long with a good amount of space for sitting. The grounds were really nice with lush landscaping. It is a very peaceful park. There is a good sized dog park as well and they have cameras to catch people leaving their dog crap so as you'd imagine, there was none to be found. I'm totally fine with cameras if it keeps things clean.
This is a big rig friendly park with a lot of high end Class A's everywhere. The roads are in good shape and easy to navigate. Even with the high end aspect, it did not feel snooty at all.
Wifi was typical...barely usable. Verizon and ATT both had good data speeds w/out a booster.
The surrounding area has a ton of things to do. Downtown Breckenridge is fun but don't miss Frisco as it's also got a lot to do and is a little less crowded. Vail is a quick 35 min drive.
We were sad to leave and I really could not think of anything this park could do better.

We look forward to coming back to Tiger Run again in the future. We had a change of plans and needed to book a same day stay and had to call. The girl that answered was so nice and helpful. We were staying for 6 nights but the spot we wanted wasnt available for the first night. The girl asked if we had dogs and put us at a spot closest to the dog park that was a pull thru, which was awesome. Their clubhouse with laundry facilities were some of the best I have seen at any of the places we have stayed. They accepted credit card and were very reasonably priced and clean! We can’t wait to stay again - close to the slopes for an easy drive too!

We stayed in late June/early July. Loved the resorts location. Great mountain biking on Colorado trail and Galena Gulch and Muggins Gulch from right behind the resort. Breck itself is a short drive up the road and was crowded as ever (yet also pretty as ever). Resort itself is clean, feels safe and its amenities are second to none. In this category one could argue that trash pickup at the site should be included yet we didn’t mind. This is a mixed cabins/RV resort. We will stay again.
