“Best of both worlds”
Our LOCATION is the best in town as we are located on the beautiful, trout-filled waters of Lake Taneycomo. You can practically drop a fishing line outside your window of your RV. Branson Lakeside is just minutes from all the Branson excitement of world class theaters and shows, famous theme parks and great family restaurants. You may want to check out Historic Downtown Branson with its unique shops and attractions. And speaking of a great location, the Branson Lakeside RV Park is located NEXT DOOR to the $420 million Branson Landing, a 95 acre development along Lake Taneycomo that offers more than 100 retail shops, restaurants, a river walk, and a wonderful fountain spectacular, synchronized to light, music and fire!

We spent a few days here so I could get some work done, and my wife could head to Kansas City for a few days on family business. The sites are level pull-throughs, and for the most part, quiet and well-run. If you're interested in the Branson attractions and shows, they are easy to get to, as is shopping and restaurants at Branson Landing.
Bonus - the Marina at the south end of the park has propane

As others have said the location can't be beat!! You can walk to Branson Landing shops and restaurants!! Sites are very close. With slides out just not enough space to enjoy the site. The biggest negative we're neighbors partying until 1:00 AM. Very loud. Other campers asked them to quiet down and it got very confronational. We left early and went to the KOA. Very nice campground!!

This is a do over. You really want to be in the first 2 rows to enjoy the river at a glance. We rented a pontoon boat, caught several fish and just enjoyed the ride on the river.
Definitely positive memories.

Clean park in a great location. Walking/biking trail connects to the Landings mall. Small lots and pretty clean restrooms with large showers. They often have a 3 night minimum on weekends. Definitely follow their directions on their website for the best/easiest route into the park. GPS could fail you.

On the positive: the location is outstanding for visiting a lot of Branson highlights without having to drive. Walking to nearby attractions or riding the free trolley service (9a-6p) which includes a convenient stop in the RV park.
Full hookups, and threaded sewer connections plus large trees farther away from the river (lake?) add to the ambiance.
Level concrete pads at every site that I saw are very nice, easy leveling.
On the negative: Linda in the office has a very pleasant disposition, but holds no ability to multitask. Whatsoever. Witnessed it firsthand. If you have anything out of the ordinary (a reservation date change, in our case) ask for someone else. It cost us two nights’ $$.
The outer perimeter road where our site was located is actually a thru road (if your vehicle fits in the single lane under a RR trestle at the other end) so there was more traffic than we’d like.
And a local train attraction motors by periodically. No whistles (praise the lord) but it’s still a train... worth considering in site choice.
Add a Linda, an extra $78 that I’d like to have back, and some loud exhaust cars and motorcycles... I think we’ll pass next time.

The campsite density is quite high at this campground. The location can't be beat. It's walking distance to Branson Landing, plus there's a free tram, tips only. Bathrooms were clean for our arrival on Monday, deteriorated slightly after that. Constantly busy, lots of foot traffic.

Drive right in (very easy access), pick up your arrival packet which is in front of the office, find your spot (mine was essentially level), and park. Great views, not crowded at all this time of year, though as is typical for urban RV parks, sites are closer together than many people might prefer. But having to acknowledge and talk to your neighbors isn't all that bad. It is a short drive to the Landing. There is an occasional train that rumbles by which I never saw but assume was the Branson Scenic Railway. My AT&T hotspot showed 45 down & 19 up, and T-Mobile 5G 21 down & 3 up in my rig. And there was a 10% Good Sam discount on my $41/night rate. You need to let them know about any discounts before you arrive as your card will be charged once you do.

Big Rig friendly,FHU,concrete pads, easy in and out, cable ,garbage pickup and good wifi.
We stayed for 10 days and loved our time here. Right on the water and close to town. There is a boat rental place close with pontoon and fishing boats, kayaks etc. Branson has tons of things to do and this place is close to all of them!
Will stay again.
