Cucina di Paolo has been a “word-of-mouth”  business in the Treasure Valley for over 18 years.  Our flagship products include fresh Gourmet take-n-bake lasagna with fourteen varieties to choose from, prepared in five different pan sizes and good Ol’ Fashioned Chicken Pot Pies, which are carefully handmade by Mary Jean. Paul and Mary Jean began their business adventure in 1993 when they realized that Paul’s cooking talent coupled with Mary Jean’s ability to market was a win-win situation, hence the motto “His Talent – My Mouth.”  In June 2007, Cucina di Paolo opened another storefront for your convenience and our continued growth in the Boise community. Located at 1504 Vista Ave.– nearest crossroad is Overland - we have fully invested our business, skills, style, and personalities into the wonderful building.  The restaurant stands alone in the building presiding the Boise icon and landmark the Maytag washer woman who has been newly restored and functional!
