Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on December 22, 2022This campground just opened in August 2020 so it’s still somewhat of an undiscovered gem. It is very well kept (sites were immaculate) and the sites were comfortably spaced. The playground is awesome. There are wifi repeaters every few sites so internet access was good for most of our stay (until the weekenders rolled in). There is a very nice walking path along the riverfront, far away from the campsites so you don’t feel like you’re encroaching on anyone else’s space. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a few nights back in March, and we absolutely loved this location. You can back in right along the river, or choose to stay in a pull through spot. We plan to stay here again in the future.

We stayed a week. It was very quiet during the weekdays with only 10 to 12 camper each night. Friday it filled up. Check-in was easy and friendly. The campground is right on the Toccoa River. It is new, clean, and well maintained with great bathrooms. Camp internet was up and down, but we were able to stream tv in the evenings. Nice place we will be back.
Local BBQ at Carroll’s is recommended, and it's only a couple of miles away.

This is the best KOA that I've stayed in for a long time. We would have loved to have stayed longer. The sites are large by KOA standards (though not as large as State Parks usually). The grounds are immaculate and the people are really nice. They have a small camp store and they have firewood and propane on the property. Our only drawback was that we had to pay $5 for a visitor's pass for my parents to come for about 30 minutes to see our new RV and another $5 for my son to come in when he had to come pick me up while our jeep was not running correctly. We did not use the laundry or bathhouse facilities. If you are interested in a Kamping Kabin, I would recommend the ones in the back of the property over the ones directly at the entrance.

The best KOA we have ever stayed at. This is a two year old campground. Very helpful staff and exceptionally clean bath houses. Weekday rates for basic was $45 & $55 for holidays.

This is our third year coming back and I can't tell you how happy we are to come here. The ground's are spotless, The staff are so super friendly and helpful.. They have a beautiful pool a beautiful laundry room area that is kept immaculate. This is by far the best place to stay. We sent our daughter and son-in-law here last year and they had the same experience. They LOVED it.. Hope these standards of theirs NEVER EVER change 😊
**Wi-Fi was exceptional, Phone/TV service was spot on.. never had a problem.👍

We stopped to dump and were shocked to be turned away as we've always found KOAs dependable during our travels. They said by law they must have the dump station installed but it was not hooked up or usable. They wanted us to buy a site to be able to dump.

Everyone was very friendly, the location was beautiful, had a little issue with washer and dryer but they fixed it quick! Wi-Fi is okay but not super. Bathroom clean.
