We rented here for a month (thus the rate) and decided to buy. The place is beautiful! It has a fitness center, sauna, large hot tub, very pretty pool area (too small for the size of the resort), gorgeous clubhouse with weekly happy hours, beautiful landscaping, very large concrete sites, and some with pavilions, fire rings, tables and more. It is a gated community with incredible views. There is a small dog park, tennis courts, huge chess set, and game room. Owners are very friendly, which is why we decided to buy. There are pull-throughs and back-ins, but even the back-ins are easy to get into. Many 43’ RV's and cabins, with restrictions of 24’ being the smallest RV’s accepted here. Two creeks surround the park. This. Was rated 10/10 and 10 in Good Sam. Excellent TV and internet but you need to bring a router with you to get the internet at all the sites. Well worth that for such good internet. Such a beautiful place.

So quiet. Amazingly clean. Amenities wonderful. Not for children although allowed. A lot of rules. We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely visit. Cell coverage not good at all.

This resort is like no other you’ll find. The reviews should be updated. This is a 286 site HOA, everyone owns their own site and the management takes care of the rentals of them. All sites are FHU, 20/30/50, with cable and WiFi at the site. It’s not inexpensive but worth every penny as every amenity is kept immaculately clean. There are 2 pools, a huge hot tub open year round, beautiful spacious showers and bathhouse, huge beautifully appointed club house equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, indoor shuffle board, card table, fire place, checker board/chess board, kitchen with free ice. Outdoor tennis/pickle ball courts and shuffle board. 2 dog parks, 8 dog waste stations and plenty of green area for them.
This is not a “campground” with huge amounts of trees but every lot is kept clean.
We love it here!!! We had it booked for one night then extended the week. It’s gorgeous views of the foothills are breath taking. The staff is wonderful as well as the locals… if you are looking for a clean quiet place to stay with wonder amenities… look no further plus the neighboring little mountain town has cute shops and amazing places to eat!
