“Where Virginia Tech houses pardoned turkeys”
Since 2015, pardoned presidential turkeys have been retiring to Virginia Tech's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences’ Department of Animal and Poultry Sciences. They usually hold a press conference immediately following the turkeys' arrival at the Livestock Judging Pavilion the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
