Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on May 21, 2023We spent 4 nights and loved the pull through level site. It was so nice to spend time in nature.
Visited the zoo across the street, golfed at Timbers Golf Club and biked the Southern Links Trail-way. Biking from Millington and Columbiaville. Ate lunch at a cute diner at the end of the trail. It was so nice to go back to the campground at the end of a busy day. Also visited Frankenmuth which glad to see lots of visitors. Such a clean city. Meijer is a mile away for last minute needs.

Nice site. Lots of trees. Well taken care of. Saw employees going about their tasks a lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Seemed to respond to issues quickly. Was able to book an extra night when I realized that I made an error in my itinerary. Stayed 5 days. Even the weekend (when it got busy but didn’t feel crowded) was enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again.
T-Mobile service was 1 bar at LTE and cut out all the time.

After our air conditioner stopped working on a hot day, we needed a shaded spot and this campground is perfect. So many trees!
Very easy and friendly check-in, very easy to find spot. It's a large place and the staff put people far apart, so it felt very spacious on this Tuesday evening. Looked in at the laundry and bathrooms and all looked clean.
We will absolutely come again if going this way.

Called a week in advance fortunately they just had 2 cancellations. Second visit to Pine Ridge was just as pleased as our first. Friendly staff, clean level sites with full hookups. Nice quite camp with good security. Surround by woods, lots of trees. Visitors must register and pay a fee. No tent camping. No issues with 30 amp or water/sewer. Little rainy and chilly on our weekend stay. Didn’t use the facilities.

The only way to reserve a site is to call the campground directly. When I did, during normal business hours twice there was no answer. On the third call I left a message. My call was never returned. Because it was the end of season I decided to "walk-in". The first thing you see at the front desk is a sign that says "sorry for the inconvenience...no internet, no wifi, no cable." Indeed there wasn't, which these days is a miss @ $40 per night.
Owner was cordial but not friendly. The site & hookups were fine but not more than average. I'd stay here again only because of it's location to Frankenmuth, not on the merits of the campground.

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend in 2021. It was clean, quiet, and generally speaking a good campground. It was close to town and made for an easy drive. If you are going to Frankenmuth, it's a good campground. Otherwise, nothing to write home about.
The campground had full hookups and allowed fires in the fire pits. The bath house and laundry were closed, which we assumed was due to Covid-19. Lots of trees made for good shade. We didn't see any long-term campers, which we tend to avoid.
Our only negative would be that there was a large oil tank near camp office. If the wind was blowing toward us we could smell oil or gas fumes. Otherwise, all was well. Try to get a site near the middle or back.
Reservations were old-school via phone and mail (snail-, not email). I don't recall the exact price - the above is an estimate.
We had phone coverage, but oddly enough it was fairly weak despite being in a populated area.
