“This place is a must visit!”
A delicious restaurant in just a beautiful building. This place is a must visit. Food is outstanding, and drinks are hearty. Prices are very fair and service is exceptional. The staff and owner are friendly and easy going. What's extraordinary about this place is the community of musicians that has been cultivated by Stacy, a musician herself and the proprietress. This is a real place, full of people who've come to make art together. And here, just at the entrance to Bethel Woods ( the contemporary arts venue built on what was once Max Yasgur's farm) is maybe a taste of the anarchic, creative, utopian spirit that descended for three days on those fields. If you're looking for Woodstock, skip the glossy museum and the perfectly landscaped gardens of Bethel Woods and come to The Dancing Cat on a Thursday night.
