Croutons opened its doors in 2003 and was an instant hit. Today there are six locations in southern California and Oregon, with more on the way. The two founders of the company, James Watts and Frank Farella, have remained committed to their original mission – to combine unique flavors with premium ingredients to create an innovative selection of menu items that are prepared fresh-to-order and delivered to the customer in ‘fast food’ time. A few years ago, we began using the phrase, Season the Day, and over time, it’s come to define the ‘Croutons Way’, for both staff and customers alike. For the Croutons team, it serves as an energizing and empowering reminder of the commitment and responsibility we have to deliver a superior experience to each and every customer that walks through our doors.
