“developed with the discriminating RVer in mind”
Crown Villa RV Resort has been developed with the discriminating RVer in mind. We are located in a quiet residential setting on the southern end of beautiful Bend, Oregon. We feature large, level, full hook-up sites that are 23′ x 70′ in size and are big rig friendly! All are constructed of decorative, paver bricks with unique patterns & designs on each pad. All pads are full hook-ups, featuring 50/30 amp service, water, sewer, 50 channels of cable TV and free Wi-Fi internet access. There are individual brick storage buildings on every site, and approximately 1500 sq. ft. of grass with shade trees to enjoy. Paved streets, off-street paved parking, and twenty-five acres of lush manicured grass with mature pine trees are only a few of the many reasons you will appreciate our attention to your comfort. Whether you want to relax on your personal, professionally landscaped patio or enjoy our lavish facilities, you will have the best of all worlds at Crown Villa RV Resort. We are looking forward to your visit!

Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on August 01, 2023We are not usually RV park dwellers but this RV park is within the city limits so conveniently located for the city of Bend. And we couldn't get a spot at the nearby state park. This is more than we would normally pay for a park, but it is the Rolls Royce of RV parks, so we decided to treat ourselves.
It is a few minutes drive from everything Bend has to offer. We cycled to nearby breweries and took pretty walks around nearby neighborhoods. The spots at the back of the park are quieter than those near the road but cost more.
There are wonderful, huge, paved spaces, with a bistro type table and chair at each site. A newspaper is delivered to your site each day and the trash and recycling is picked up each day from your site. No Really! You can rent a storage locker at your site if you need it too.
There is an on site gym, laundry, hot tub, recreation room, tennis/pickle ball court, firepits, bbqs, horseshoes and putting green.
Even though this place was expensive it really sets a high watermark that all other RV parks should aspire to.

I gave it 4 stars because I don't want to be mean.
Super nice resort type park. Every site is pavers, with a little design. My title eludes to a small green where you can play a round of golf between two of the site rows.
You can't park your car in the pavers, and since we use our van as a "master suite/nursery" this was kind of an issue. For most I assume it would not be.
There's a lounge with a tv and free coffee. Seriously, it's a really nice place. Not close enough to town to be "close", and not far away enough to be "out there", kind of in a suburb. If you dig the fancy, get your pants over here!

While expensive, this park has beautiful large sites with level paved parking spaces. Internet access is adequate. There is a large dog park, a hot tub, tennis / pickleball court, clean restrooms, a steam room, an exercise room, a club room, outdoor area with gas fire pits and more.
Other than being expensive, the only other complaint is the train noise - especially at night.

When checking for availability at this campground, we learned that there is an “overflow lot”. The lot is unpaved (loose gravel), with electric and water, and less than half the price of the paved spots. The overflow lot spots were a little close together, and close to the road, but we didn't mind as we were mostly out exploring during the day. (Many of the more expensive paved spots also sat along the same road we were by). We preferred the location of Scandia Rv Park over Crown Villa, as Scandia was closer to the Mill District, Downtown Bend and Farewell Bend Park, but Crown Villa was a very nice, clean park with a lot of amenities.

Overall, this is a nice park but to call it a resort is a matter of opinion. We had a platinum site so I don't know if my comments apply to all sites. (And to be honest, I don't understand what all the levels even mean.) As others have mentioned, the sites are built with pavers and include a small shed in back. Our site was plenty long and wide enough for our 45 foot motorhome. The weird thing is they won't let you park your car on the pavers but a 47,000 lb motorhome is okay. There are various parking areas in the park but they are not assigned. There was one parking site between us and our neighbor, and it became a quiet challenge to see who could snag it first. They don't mention this at check-in, but you put your garbage in the trash bin on your site, and it is picked up on certain days. Again, as others mentioned the cable has issues and the hot tub was out of commission. Due to trees, our satellite couldn't find a signal either. The front desk staff are okay but obviously bored with their job. Their answers are short and to the point. We paid for extra nights and still received a knock on our door the next morning asking why we hadn't left. I think it is overpriced but it's the nicest park in Bend. I think they are well aware of that and use it to their advantage. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We'd recommend Tumalo State Park over any of the private RV parks in Bend, but if it's too hot or too cold, or you need full hook ups, this is a good spot closer in to town, although you'll pay for the convenience. Sites in the back have the most privacy. We were there during a busy weekend and got what was probably the worst site in the park at the end of the front row next to a housing development where construction went on all weekend long. Not the park's fault, but put a damper on our time there and made the price tag a little hard to swallow.

We have mixed feelings about this park and it likely was a very nice place to stay previously (i.e., one of our neighbors in the park told us it has gone downhill). Our first impressions were very positive, for a commercial campground the sites were quite wide and the mix of nice pine trees (that were trimmed high enough for big rigs) and the site pavers looked very nice. The underlying issue is the owners don’t have park evening activities managed and/or have changed their customer focus to stayers who live longer-term at the park, likely to increase their year-round revenue (for example, they have added numerous smaller gravel/dirt sites). My key issue is with the flow of people coming in and going out of the park until 2:30 am as well as people talking outside at 12:30 in the morning for over an hour, particularly when others cursed and screamed at them to be quiet a few times (with the latter being more of a concern, given the hostile tone of the screamer, than the rudeness of the people talking) – not what I expected, particularly in an expensive RV park.
The park needs to figure out who it wants to market too and stay at the park, year-round/9-month stayers who have different life rhythms (e.g., they and their visitors coming and going until 2:30 am) or otherwise. Based upon our 2-week stay at this park, we will stay somewhere else the next time we are in the area.

This is a beautiful campground. It’s expensive but everything is top notch. Sites are on pavers with lovely grass and a little storage building at each site. They provide free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and newspapers. The hot tub is nice and clean. The bathrooms are wonderful and spotless. We’ll stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is the MOST we have ever paid to stay in an RV Resort. But you do get a lot of amenities.
The pads are large and spaced out. We were in the row along the road, but didn't find the noise too bad. All utilities worked well, including cable TV. Laundry is nice and clean. The hot tub is HOT and beautiful. The resort is very well kept up.
If returning to Bend, I might see first if I could get into the state park just north of town just due to the price. But if I ended up here again, I would not be unhappy.

Although it was very pricey, this was one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at.
Very pet friendly, super clean with large sites that are all on pavers with well kept grass around each one and it's close to downtown Bend.
NOTE: If you have a taller RV, be careful because near this campground there's a road with a 12' 10" bridge.
