Popolo

Popolo serves Italian-inspired farm-to-table cuisine in a casual setting at the Windham Hotel in Bellows Falls. We work to create a varied, affordable menu using mostly locally-sourced ingredients and an exciting drink and wine list. We also promote a wide variety of events including concerts, movies, and parties. Everyone knows the maxim, “we are what we eat.” It informs a generation of people focused on healthier food choices and also a sensitivity to where our food comes from. We take this stuff seriously at Popolo but we also know that “we are how we dine.” Ours is a lively place where all sorts of people break bread with one another in a fun and casual atmosphere.We hope to help unite our community through a commitment to locally sourced products when available, a diverse and affordable menu, and hospitality held to a standard as high as for our food and cocktails. We want it all – quality, style, price, and fun. We’re not judgmental but you should want it all, too.
