This upscale eclectic gourmet Italian Bistro, is a combination of a visual and culinary celebration. Although the menu is Southern Italian cusine, the sky's the limit for special events and private parties. Accommodates up to 150 for sit down dinners and up to 180 for cocktails and buffet in the patio garden, wine room and main dining room. Catering is also available. We are located in the Village Shops in Downtown Banner Elk, NC. Sorrento’s Italian Bistro is a family run business and has been serving Italian dishes since 1983 to locals and travelers to the quaint town in Banner Elk, North Carolina. Sorrento’s Italian Bistro has evolved in to an ecletic gourmet Italian cuisine open seven nights a week and for lunch Wednesday through Sunday from 12pm-4pm. Some of the favorite recipes that patrons come back for again and again is the Crab Cakes and the Tortellini Sorrentos.
