“coastal RV park”
Located on the Southern Oregon Coast at the mouth of the Coquille River, Bandon Oregon is 90 miles north of the California border, about a 90 minute drive to Interstate 5 at Roseburg, five hours by car from Portland and about nine hours from San Francisco yet for all that it has to offer, it remains charmingly undiscovered and unspoiled.

A lovely clean park with cement pads for parking, grass and picnic tables. Very attractive landscaping and charming staff. Laundry rooms throughout the park, convenient and very clean. Good cell service and nice to have cable TV. Easy access from Hey 101.

Our level pull-through site was a decent size with good lawn space on both sides. Small picnic table and a couple pretty trees that didn't block our satellite.
Well maintained with lovely flowers. Large green space in the center for walking your dogs.
Easy access right off Hwy 101 - no turn lane, but traffic is light. Also, we never heard the highway from our site. Interior roads are easy to navigate, plenty of room.
FHUs with 50 amp worked well and laid out for easy set-up. Park WiFi worked most of the time for us. Dark at night and quiet all the time.
Friendly and helpful staff. The permanent residents have well kept park models and are welcoming.
We really enjoyed our stay here and will use the park again when we return to the area.

This park is outside Bandon, right off the 101. It is a beautiful park that is right off the 101 but feels secluded. The staff and owner are very friendly. The park has beautiful flowers all over the park. Nice showers and laundry rooms. Great Verizon and AT&T. The cell tower is right beside the park. The drive into Old Town Bandon is pretty short, which puts you by the ocean. The weather has the benefit of being near the Pacific, so summer is very comfortable.

I stayed one night and realized that I liked it so I switched my stay to a month so I could use the laundry and the shower. The site I was in was a pull thru with full hookups. I was able to receive Amazon packages and the grocery store is a close drive. There’s a cell tower right next to the park so cell reception was pretty good which says a lot especially for the Oregon coast. The managers Leila and Randy are especially nice people and do what they can to make sure you have a great stay. I will definitely be coming back.

Campendium rated this RV Park 5 stars so I thought it couldn't let us down. Well it did this time...
We had wanted a 2 nights stay (only because we were tired of moving so much) but only 1 was available. Ok. No problem.
This park has been transformed into a full time, living, trailer/mobile home park over the years. There are only a few spaces left for actual vacationers. Its a very long, narrow Rv Park. And the farther back you go the more permanent the homes are. The camping spaces are very close together with zero privacy. They brag about the powerful cell towers just at the end of the park. But the wifi was "slow as a snail." And my Verizon was only 3 bars with no G's. That wasn't a biggy for us tho.
The big BUT for us was: The bathrooms and showers were closed. To travelers...They said because the management didn't want the travelers to mix with the permanent residents!!! And I was only allowed to use a one-holer laundry room separate from the "residents" bigger laundry room. All because of covid they said....Like we had cooties...Good grief... Whatever!
We just slept and couldn't wait to get out of there. Not recommended...At least the nice woman at check in gave us a couple bucks off for the inconvenience. Her husband was nice too...

More of a trailer park than a campground. But quiet, clean, well spaced sites. Friendly professional office staff. It’s great to stay at when passing through if a bit pricey or I would’ve stayed longer. Bandon is small through so I saw about all I needed to in a 3 night stay. Wifi didn’t work for me.

After the last RV park we stayed at with trails to ride bikes and a play area for the kids I’m disappointed in this one. We are traveling with our kids and this park doesn’t seem very kid friendly. No playground. Lots of permanent residents. We were charged $5 more for both our kids over 8, so $62 turned into $72. Internet is slow. Grass is dry. No play area. We spent the night in our RV watching TV. We were able to book same day so that was a plus.
