Tomo is classically trained in Japanese as well as French and Italian cuisine. Tomo uses the freshest ingreidients available and presents it with amazing skill. Also known for his omakase menu (chef's tasting menu customized for each guest) that serves a variety of exotic and luxury ingredients. Reservations must be made a week in advance and starts at $100 per person.
Chef-owner Tomohiro Naito runs a contemporary temple to sushi in the base of the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Buckhead. His flights of fancy involving uni and lobster are well known, such as the signature "lobster á la musso," with live lobster sashimi, uni, yuzu and a heady dose of white truffle oil. But everything, especially the simple but impeccable orders of sashimi, exhibits the utmost in quality and care (priced accordingly).
